Task & responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the call center team.
- Monitor and analyze team performance against established KPIs and targets.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll do:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the achievement of performance targets and the delivery of exceptional service quality.
What we're looking for:
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a call center or customer service environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in call center management tools and CRM systems.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
