Task & responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the call center team.
Monitor and analyze team performance against established KPIs and targets.
Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll do:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the achievement of performance targets and the delivery of exceptional service quality.
What we're looking for:
We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in a call center or customer service environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or related fields.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in call center management tools and CRM systems.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
